Growth Hormone Secretagogue Peptides

Peptides that stimulate the pituitary's own release of growth hormone — including sermorelin, tesamorelin, ipamorelin/CJC-1295, and related GHRH analogs and ghrelin mimetics.

About GH Peptides

Growth hormone secretagogues prompt the pituitary to release endogenous growth hormone rather than replacing it. They fall into two mechanistic classes: GHRH analogs (sermorelin, tesamorelin, CJC-1295) that bind the GHRH receptor, and ghrelin mimetics / GHSR agonists (ipamorelin, GHRP-2, MK-677 / ibutamoren) that act on the growth hormone secretagogue receptor. These are commonly combined in anti-aging, body-composition, and recovery protocols. AOD-9604 is a fragment of hGH marketed for fat loss. Recombinant human growth hormone (hGH) itself is distinct — a direct replacement, not a secretagogue.
