IV Nutrient & Injectable Therapies

Sterile injectable vitamins, antioxidants, and chelation agents prepared in 503A compounding pharmacies for clinic-administered IV and IM therapy.

About IV Nutrients

Injectable nutrient and antioxidant therapies bypass GI absorption and achieve plasma levels not reachable with oral dosing. Common compounded preparations include Myers' cocktails (vitamin C, B-complex, magnesium, calcium), glutathione push, NAC, high-dose vitamin C, methylcobalamin (B12), alpha lipoic acid, L-carnitine, NAD+, and phosphatidylcholine. EDTA chelation therapy is used in heavy metal toxicity protocols. Methylene blue is used off-label for mitochondrial and cognitive indications. These products must be prepared in a USP <797>-compliant sterile cleanroom; not every compounding pharmacy is equipped to produce injectables, so sterile licensing should be verified.
